Built with regional, recycled, durable, and sustainable materials, these homes feature three bedrooms with two and a half baths. The first floor opens up to a spacious floor plan with a designer kitchen. Upstairs, the master suite boasts an expansive tile shower with a rain shower head. Additional bedrooms are also on the second floor along with a deck that offers scenic views of Lookout Mountain. Sustainable features include a rooftop solar array, the highest-efficiency ductless mini-split heat pumps, the highest-efficiency water heater with hybrid heat pump, a state-of-the-art Energy Recovery Ventilator (ERV) to provide dedicated fresh air to every room, Energy Star appliances, and more. The outside features pervious concrete and a rainwater collection system to naturally handle storm water.
